适应症: 用于痛风、痛风性肾病。
用量用法:
用于降低血中尿酸浓度:开始每次0.05g,每日2~3次,剂量渐增,2~3周后增至每日0.2~0.4g,分2~3次服。维持量:每次0.1~0.2g,每日2~3次。儿童剂量每日每千克体重8mg。治疗尿酸结石:口服每次0.1~0.2g,每日1~4次或300mg,每日1次。
注意事项:
1.个别病人可出现皮疹、腹泻、腹痛、低热,暂时性转氨酶升高或粒细胞减少。 2.本品服用初期可诱发痛风,故于开始4~8周内可与小剂量秋水仙碱合用。 3.服药期间应多饮水,并使尿液呈中性或碱性,以利尿酸排泄。 4.与6-巯嘌呤(6-MP)合用时,可使后者分解代谢减慢而增加毒性。6-MP用量应减至常用量1/4左右。 5.不与氯化钙、维生素C、磷酸钾(或钠)同服,因可增加肾脏中黄嘌呤结石的形成。不与丁苯氧酸、呋喃苯胺酸、美加明及比嗪山胺合用,因可增加血中尿酸浓度。 6.肾功不良的病人可使别黄嘌呤在体内蓄积,使本剂的不良反应增多
