呼气末正压通气
positive end expiratory pressure,PEEP

作用原理与CPAP相同,但须在应用呼吸时机进行。通常呼吸机的压力曲线在吸气时为正压,呼气时压力降至零。使用特定装置控制气活瓣,使呼气末气道内保持一定压力,即呼气末气道压力>0,此通气称PEEP。可以保持肺泡扩张,防止呼气末肺泡萎陷,纠正低氧血症,是人工呼吸机改善换气功能最主要的手段。主要用于急性呼吸窘迫综合征。
