Objective To compare the nipple margin incision of areola with the periareola insicion approach in prosthetic mammary augmentation.
结果:绕乳头基底部乳晕切口易于假体置入,手术操作灵活方便,保留乳房外形效果更好,术后乳晕部的剥离范围内感觉障碍较轻微,乳头感觉良好,切口瘢痕更加隐蔽。

随机分为两组,其中A组11例采用乳晕缘下半环切口入路,B组17例采用绕乳头基底部纵行乳晕切口入路。
