辅料:丝瓜、面粉、鸡蛋、姜末
调料:盐、黄酒、鸡粉、胡椒粉、香油
烹制方法:
1、将丝瓜切成小碎丁加盐腌制一会,文蛤洗净切碎放入碗中,加入丝瓜、鸡蛋、姜末、黄酒、胡椒粉、鸡粉、香油拌匀,再加入面粉搅拌均匀;
2、将拌好的面糊放入锅中逐个煎成小饼即可。
特点:鲜香适口,外焦里嫩。
