舌色 舌色 诊断学名称。指舌质的颜色。舌诊重要内容之一。舌质正常颜色是淡红色，活泼光润。临床常见病理舌色有淡白、红、绛、紫等。淡白舌主虚证、寒证，见于血虚、阳虚，外感风寒或阴寒内生。红舌主热证，有虚热实热之分。绛舌主内热深重，是热入营血的重要标志；如久病重病中出现绛舌而无苔或少苔，多为阴虚火旺，津液亏竭。紫舌有寒热之分。紫绛干枯为邪热炽盛；淡紫带青为阴寒内盛；青紫有瘀斑瘀点，多为瘀血，见于心脏病、血液病、死胎、月经病或中毒等。现代研究证明舌色变化与舌的血循环有关，如贫血及水肿则色淡，充血则色深红，瘀血或缺氧则青紫。
