简称尿常规。是常规检查尿液的实验方法。检查内容包括尿量、颜色、透明度、酸碱度、比重、蛋白质定性，葡萄糖定性和沉淀物的显微镜检查等。作尿常规检查时，用清洁容器随时留取新鲜尿液100～200ml，一般以中段晨尿为好，尿糖检查应留空腹尿。
