【性状】
本品为白色或类白色冻干块状物或粉末。 本品易溶于水。
【鉴别】
取本品，加水制成每1ml中含3单位的溶液，作为供试品溶液。照抑肽酶 项下的鉴别试验，显相同的结果。
【检查】
酸度 取本品，加水2ml 溶解后，依法测定（附录Ⅵ H），pH值应为5.0 ～7.0 。 溶液的颜色 取本品，加水制成每1ml含6单位的溶液，应无色；如显色，与黄色2号 标准比色液（附录Ⅸ A）比较，不得更深。 水分 取本品，照水分测定法（附录Ⅷ M第一法A）测定，含水分不得过7.0％。 热原与降压物质 照抑肽酶项下的方法检查，均应符合规定。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【效价测定】
取本品3 支，分别加硼砂－氯化钙缓冲液(pH8.0)2ml溶解，合并，混 匀。精密量取适量（ 约相当于含抑肽酶33.4单位），用硼砂－氯化钙缓冲液（pH8.0） 稀释至20ml，精密量取0.5ml和胰蛋白酶溶液2ml ，用硼砂－氯化钙缓冲液(pH8.0) 稀释至 20ml，反应10分钟后，立即照抑肽酶项下的方法测定并计算，每支效价均应符合规定；如有 1支不符合规定，另取3支复试，均应符合规定。
