【性状】
本品为白色片；味微苦。
【鉴别】
取本品的细粉适量（约相当于硫酸苯丙胺0.1g），加水10ml浸渍30分钟 后，滤过，滤液照硫酸苯丙胺项下的鉴别试验，显相同的反应。
【检查】
应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
取本品15片(10mg规格)或25片(5mg规格) ，精密称定，研细，精密 称出适量（约相当于硫酸苯丙胺50mg），置锥形瓶中，加水30ml与稀硫酸1ml ，振摇， 放置2 小时，并时时振摇，用干燥滤纸滤过，滤渣用水洗涤，合并洗液与滤液，置水浴 上蒸发至约20ml，放冷至室温，加氢氢化钠试液5ml ，加氯化钠使饱和，用乙醚振摇提 取6 次，每一次30ml，以后每次各15ml，合并乙醚液，用水10ml洗涤，洗液再用乙醚10 ml振摇提取，合并前后两次得到的乙醚液，精密加硫酸滴定液(0.01mol/L)20ml 振摇后， 在低温蒸去乙醚，放冷至室温，加甲基红指示液 1～2 滴，用氢氧化钠滴定液(0.02mol /L) 滴定。每1ml硫酸滴定液(0.01mol/L) 相当于3.685mg的C18H26N2.H2SO4。
