根据膝关节复合畸形的不同类型和骨骼畸形部位,在股骨髁上或胫骨上端截骨,跨膝关节穿针安装固定牵伸矫正器,术后7d缓慢旋转螺纹牵伸杆及其相连的4个万向关节,膝关节的软组织屈曲挛缩、以及并存的膝内翻、外翻、旋转、下肢短缩等骨性畸形能同期缓缓矫正,在牵拉矫正畸形的过程中,患肢可以部分参与持重行走。
