形态特征:
落叶灌木,高1.5m,树冠扁圆球形。树皮灰色或暗灰色。枝条开展,小枝微具棱,白膜质剥裂,带灰黄色或黄色,皮孔明显。芽呈矩圆状菱形,先端尖,芽鳞黄褐色,中脉明显,边缘有白毛。叶对生,卵圆形或宽卵圆形,长5~7cm,先端突尖,基部截形或圆形,长5~7cm,先端突尖,基部截形或圆形,有时浅心形;有锯齿或近全缘,淡绿色,两面无毛,下面叶脉明显隆起;叶柄长0.8~1.2cm。花单生,萼片宽卯形,长为花冠的二分之一;花冠琥珀黄色,长1.5~2cm,具宽矩圆形裂片,花丝很短。蒴果卵形成椭圆状卵形,棕褐色,长1~1.5cm。

分布与习性:
原产朝鲜半岛。喜光、耐半阴、耐寒、耐旱。对土壤要求不严,喜土层深厚,也耐瘠薄,忌积水。抗烟尘及有有毒气体。根系较浅,耐移植。
