Objective: The purpose of our experiment is to investigate the changes of P2X_3 and sensory neurons including the number and ultrastructure in the spinal cord and to explore the relationship between the changes of P2X_3 as well as sensory neurons and the timeline of pain behavior after chronic constriction injury.
目的:研究坐骨神经损伤后不同时间段大鼠脊髓背角P2X_3受体的表达、感觉神经元数量及神经元损伤超微结构的变化,探讨P2X_3受体与神经元损伤在神经病理性疼痛发生发展机制中的作用,为神经病理性疼痛的治疗提供新的理论基础。
