In order to study the relationship between type s adult Colles fracture(ACF),wrist s instability and wrist joint s function,according to types of ACF made by Frykman,102 cases of ACF(104 wrist) were examined the anteroposterior and lateral X-Rays of wrist joint at the time of pre-reduction,post-reduction and post-removal of external fixation,the function of wrist joint was observed.
为研究Colles骨折类型与腕关节不稳定及腕关节功能的关系,按照Frykman〔1〕对Colles骨折的分类,测量骨折复位前后和去除外固定后的腕关节正侧位片,并测定腕关节功能客观指标。

关节功能位置
指因病变或其他原因需要做关节固定时，为尽量满足工作上和生活上的需要，应使关节固定于该关节最常用的位置上，由于这种位置代表了该关节功能的主流，故称功能位。如肘关节的功能位置为90～100度的屈曲位置，这个位置对患肢的功能的影响远较伸直或其他位置为小。
