兴奋收缩偶联
即骨骼肌的兴奋-收缩偶联。在整体情况下,骨骼肌细胞总是在支配它的躯体传出神经的刺激下进行收缩的;直接刺激无神经支配的骨骼肌,也可引起收缩。但不论何种情况,刺激在引起收缩之前,都是先在肌细胞膜上引起一个可传导的动作电位,然后才出现肌细胞的收缩反应。因此可以想象,在以膜的电变化为特征的兴奋过程和以肌丝的滑行为基础的收缩过程之间,必然存在着某种介性过程把二者联系起来,这一过程就叫做兴奋-收缩偶联。它包括三个主要步骤:电兴奋通过横管系统传向肌细胞深部;三联管结构处的信息传递;肌质网对钙的贮存、释放和再聚积。
