养化廓 养化廓 眼之八廓名称之一。系据相应脏腑的功能予以命名。古籍认识尚不一致。如①《医宗金鉴·眼科心法要诀》认为此廓为风廓，属胆、胆立长养化育，故名养化廓。 ②《审视瑶函》认为此廓即巽廓，络中焦，分气以化生，故曰养化廓。 ③陈达夫《中医眼科六经法要》则认为“离火名养化廓，盖以小肠者受盛之官，化物出焉……”参见风廓条。
