又称“粒性白细胞缺乏症”、“中性粒细胞缺乏症”。由于骨髓粒细胞系生长抑制，使血循环中的中性粒细胞明显减少而引起的一系列病症。周围血中中性粒细胞绝对值＜0.5×109/L，或完全缺乏，淋巴细胞相对增多，临床上表现有发热、衰竭、口咽或直肠溃疡性损害等。发生于使用氯霉素、抗癌药物、安痛定、硫氧嘧啶、磺胺类药物过敏或中毒反应时，或接受大剂量的X线或放射性物质后，也可以发生于某些感染性疾病(如伤寒）或其他疾病(如结缔组织病）的过程中。治疗应除去病因，给予抗生素、肾上腺皮质激素、促进白细胞生成药，输全血或白细胞等。
