二期完成的阴茎再造术
手术名。阴茎 再造术之一。手术分二期进行。硬膜外麻醉或腰麻，在左大腿内侧近腹股沟部预置皮瓣，使 皮 神经供应支保留其内，在阴囊前壁正中做两条纵行切口，深及肉膜，向尿道或残端内插入20 号气囊导尿管，引流尿液并作为支架，将皮瓣创面朝外包绕其上缝合形成新尿道。切取大腿 内侧皮瓣并旋转覆盖阴囊创面，使尿道被包绕其中。大腿遗留创面植皮覆盖。6～8周后在阴 囊前壁做“V”形切口，使尿道外口包括其间。新形成的尿道及内膜以上皮瓣游离达阴茎根 部，缝合皮瓣两侧创缘及阴囊前壁之创面。本法因腹股沟神经皮支包括在皮瓣内，再造后的 阴茎可保留一定的感觉。
