90项症状核校表(symptom DistressCheeklist母0，SCL弓0)系Parloff等所编，为了解病人问题的范围，以便计划治疗，观察症状的消长情况而用。按项目的多少分成几个版本，SCL一90是标准本。此外还有SCL一58和SCL一35等简易本。标准本包括9个范畴:(1)躯体化症状。(2)强迫观念和行为。(3)人际敏感性。(4)抑郁。(5)焦虑。(6)仇视。(7)恐怖性焦虑。(8)妄想观念。(9)精神质。计分方法为每个症状记0~4共5个分数。结果有3个量数:(l)一般症状指数(所得各项目之和除以90)。(2)阳性症状总数(所得各项目分之和)。(3)阳性症状的程度(所得各项目分之和除以阳性症状数)。 (龚推先撰林传燕审)
