调味料：
蔡澜雪菜瑶柱酱……4茶匙、生抽……2茶匙、糖……1/3茶匙、1/2茶匙做法
做法：
1.牛林肉、猪梅肉分别绞碎后挞起胶，加入芫荽、姜片做成肉丸，放于碟上。
