肾喘 肾喘 证名。肾中水邪上干于肺所致的气喘。见《证治准绳·喘》。《景岳全书·喘促》:“水病为喘者,以肾邪干肺也。”《医学纲目·喘》:“肾喘则呕咳。”实者泻肺逐水,虚者温肾利水,选用泻白散、直指神秘汤、真武汤、加减金匮肾气汤等方。亦指肾中火衰,水泛为痰为喘。《石室秘录》卷二:“气喘不得卧,吐痰如涌泉者,舌不燥而喘不甚,一卧则喘,如此非外感之风邪,乃肾中之寒气也。盖肾中无火则水无所养,乃上泛而为痰。”治以温肾化饮,用六味丸加附子、肉桂大剂饮之。参水喘、真元耗损喘条。
