人工授粉 hand pollination 用人工方法把植物花粉传送到柱头上以提高坐果率的技术措施。有目的地选择亲本进行植物杂交育种的必要手段 。在果树生产上,对自花不结实、雌雄同株而异花以及雌雄异株的果树;在缺乏授粉树或花期气候恶劣、影响正常自然授粉的情况下,也常需进行人工授粉。有些果树品种,虽具有不形成种子的单性结实习性,仍必须有授粉的刺激才能坐果。
以育种为目的的人工控制授粉在花苞将开放前进行,事先在母本上除雄以免发生自然授粉。一般人工授粉则以花朵初放时进行最适宜。授粉时用柔软小毛刷或特制的授粉器把花粉送上柱头。大面积进行时,也可用10%左右的糖溶液或几倍于花粉量的石松(一种蕨类植物)的孢子作为花粉稀释剂,用喷雾器或喷粉器喷撒。 人工授粉需要采集生活力强、发芽率高的花粉。一般是把即将开花的花朵或雄花序采回,取出花药在室内晾干。待花粉自然开裂,散出花粉后收集备用。 人工授粉时间集中,且较费力。果树生产上只能作为一种补救应急的辅助措施。果树坐果问题,主要靠配置适合的授粉树、在花期放养蜜蜂和选育自花结实能力强的品种等措施解决。 |
