| 补血 中医治疗血虚证的方法。又称养血。属补法。血虚证是由于血不足而使脏腑组织失于濡养所表现出来的证候。补血能使脏腑组织得到血液的充分濡养，使脏腑组织的功能恢复正常。血虚证主要有心血虚证和肝血虚证，补血法有补心血和补肝血。此外，气虚、精亏、血瘀等也可导致血虚证的发生，所以补血还有补气生血 、填精补血、祛瘀生新等方法。常用熟地黄、当归、何首乌、阿胶等药物组成方剂，如养心汤、补肝汤、四物汤、八珍汤 、当归补血汤、河车大造丸、左归丸、大黄虫丸等。临床上具体使用补血法时应注意以下两点：①因痰浊、火热邪气所致的心悸、失眠、眩晕，热盛所致的肢体抽搐及瘀血所致的闭经，不适宜使用补血法。②血虚患者要忌用温燥伤阴的药物。 |
