性质:氧化铝含量在99.9%(质量)以上的Al2O3陶瓷。熔点为2050℃,烧结温度在1650~1950℃,透射波长1-6μm。它最突出的性能为透光性。陶瓷透光性主要取决于多晶体本身对光的吸收性能以及气孔的散射作用。高纯氧化铝陶瓷的稳定性比一般氧化铝陶瓷好,可熔制玻璃,某些场合可代替铂坩埚,利用其透光性可用作红外检测窗材料,钠灯管等,在电子工业中可用作集成电路基片和高频绝缘材料。
