暴露疗法

烧伤创面经清创后进入隔离室，在严格的消毒隔离无菌条件下，创面直接暴露于空气中，使创面渗液和坏死组织逐渐干燥，形成痂壳以暂时保护创面免受污染和再损伤。此法能及时清除创面渗液，在天气干燥的地区不易感染，易于观察创面变化，换药容易，节省人力，适用于身体任何部位，尤其是头颈、会阴等不宜包扎的部位。由于此法使创面干燥可使创面有一定程度加深，不适宜于肉芽创面。在天气热而潮湿的南方，细菌和真菌生长增殖迅速，单纯的创面暴露仍然不能防止感染，必须配合外用抗生素、持续热风治疗和定期翻身才能避免焦痂过早溶解、分离和感染。
