方法2006年6月11日至2006年 12月26日在惠州市中心人民医院肠镜室行结肠镜检查的连续患者,在普通肠镜检查中发现异常黏膜后,依次做出普通肠镜、染色普通肠镜、染色放大肠镜的诊断,所有病变送病理检查,以组织病理学为金标准,计算三种方法对瘤性病变的诊断准确度、敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值等。
