冻融胚胎移植
在控制促超排卵药物刺激下，一次采卵可获得多个卵子，体外受精成功后可获得多个胚胎，而胚胎移植一次不宜超过4个，以避免多胎妊娠。其他多余胚胎可冷冻储存；如本刺激周期未获妊娠，可在以后自然周期适时解冻后移植，从而增加了妊娠的机会。另外，为了避免卵巢过度刺激综合征，本刺激周期不移植，冷冻胚胎储存备自然周期适时再移植。目前大都采用胚胎在4～8分裂球阶段冷冻，慢速冷冻法，以丙二醇为细胞内冷冻保护剂，蔗糖为细胞外保护剂，在液氮罐-196℃内储存。解冻采用快速法，冷冻保护剂在室温下对胚胎有毒性，应逐渐脱掉。将冻融的胚胎继续培养2小时后，如50%分裂球仍存活，可行移植。有少数专家采取胚泡期冷冻，因其含多个细胞可以耐受冻融过程的损伤；但在体外培养的条件下，很少胚胎可达到胚泡期。冷冻保护剂为甘油及蔗糖。近来还有作者试用了超速冷冻法，用二甲亚砜为冷冻保护剂，从室温下直接投入液氮罐，亦有初步成功的报道。
