【来源】
为木兰科植物披针叶五味子的全株。
【植物形态】
披针叶五味子 攀援藤本，长约5米。长枝上的叶互生，短枝上的叶簇生，椭圆形或卵状椭圆形，长6～9厘米，宽3～6厘米，边缘具疏锯齿。花单生叶腋，黄绿色。浆果红色。 生于山间疏林或灌木丛中。分布云南等地。 本植物的果实(香石藤果)亦供药用，另详专条。
【采集】
全年可采。晒干或鲜用，
【性味】
微苦涩，温。
【功用主治】
止血接骨，祛瘀消肿。
【选方】
①治跌打损伤，骨折：香石藤适量，捣烂，开水调，酒引，外敷患处；另用香石藤根皮五钱至一两，泡酒内服。 ②治外伤出血：香石藤叶研末撒患处。
