基底膜
basement membrane

  即基膜,是上皮细胞基底面的一附着层膜。由糖蛋白、糖胺多糖和蛋白质等组成。基膜在构成上包括一层厚50~100nm的均质状物质,称基板(与上皮细胞基底面的细胞膜贴连)和基板深方的网板,它由均质状物质和网状纤维束组成。有时上皮的基底膜较薄,只有基板而无网板。基底膜具有支持和连接上皮组织和半透膜的作用。
