阳虚喘 阳虚喘 病证名。见《中国医学大辞典》。《类证治裁·喘症》：“肾阳虚而气脱，孤阳浮越，面赤烦躁，火不归元，七味地黄丸加人参、麦冬。肾不纳气，身动即喘，阴阳枢纽失交，急须镇摄，肾气汤加沉香，从阴引阳；都气丸入青铅，从阳引阴。”《杂症会心录·喘症》：“第内伤之喘，有阴虚阳虚之异。”面色（白光）白，口不渴，大便泄，手足冷者，属阳虚。治宜温肾平喘，方用八味地黄汤，亦可加入人参、紫河车、枸杞子、菟丝子、杜仲、鹿角胶之属。参见真元耗损喘、虚冷上气喘、虚喘等条。
