| 痱子 miliaria 湿热时，汗腺导管闭塞，汗液渗入周围组织形成小丘疹及水疱。常见的有晶形粟粒疹，又称白痱，常见于高热并大量出汗的患者和产褥期妇女，出现透明水疱，无自觉症状 。红色粟粒疹，即红痱，通常的痱子，丘疹四周有红晕，有痒及针刺感，小儿头面部多见。脓痱是红痱基础上出现的小脓疱。衣服宽大、吸水通气性好，多洗澡，扑撒痱子粉等有防治作用。 |
