tumor of third ventricle
分原发性和继发性两类。原发性肿瘤如星形细胞瘤、室管膜瘤、胶样囊肿、上皮样囊肿等不多见。继发性肿瘤是由室外侵入的肿瘤，如颅咽管瘤、松果体瘤等较常见。第三脑室肿瘤好发于儿童及青年，较小时无症状，只有当肿瘤影响脑脊液通路或侵及第三脑室周围结构时始可出现症状。典型者常为发作性剧烈头痛。头痛的发作与用力、头位或体位变动有关。因肿瘤位置深，难以手术切除，预后欠佳。
