血小板生成
指血小板的发生过程。它们由骨髓巨核细胞形成,原巨核细胞经幼巨核细胞发育生成巨核细胞,其胞体很大(直径约40~ 70μm),胞核有4~16叶,胞质内先出现许多交织成网的分隔小管,将胞质分隔成许多小区,每一小区脱落就成为一个血小板。每个巨核细胞平均能生成约 2000个血小板。
