| 活血药 以通行血脉、消散瘀血为主要作用的一类中药。又称活血祛瘀药、活血化瘀药。多属辛散温通之品。具有疏通血脉、活血化瘀，破血消癥、调经止痛、散疼消肿、化瘀止血等功效，主要治疗血瘀证。根据药物作用的不同，活血药可分为活血化瘀药和破血消癥药。活血化瘀药主要用于血行障碍、瘀血阻滞引起的各种血瘀证，表现为胸痹心痛、胁肋刺痛、少腹瘀痛、血瘀经闭、产后瘀阻、跌打损伤、肢体不遂、痈肿疮疹等证。破血消癥药较活血化瘀药作用猛烈，主要用于癥瘕痞块、蓄血发狂等证。常用活血药有川芎、鸡血藤、泽兰、益母草、桃仁、牛膝、五灵脂、三棱、郁金、穿山甲、水蛭、虻虫。 |
