空间心向量环投影在额面上,形成额面心电向量图,而其投影在肢导上,就形成肢导心电图。额面QRS心电向量环,常呈狭长形,多为顺钟向运行,最大向量方位在+10°~65°之间 (向左下方)。一般地说,额面QRS向量环与Ⅲ导联垂直,所以Ⅲ导联的心电图波形变化较大。
