介入放射学技术。为了避开重要结构,于CT导向下行斜行间接穿刺的方法。在CT图像上测量病灶至皮肤的距离(a),在皮肤上测量斜行穿刺点至病灶正上方的皮肤的距离(b),根据勾股定理和三角函数定理计算斜行穿刺的进针角度(w)和进针的深度(c),施行准确而安全经皮活检的方法。
