| 产褥感染 puerperal infection 产褥期细菌侵入产道引起局部或全身性感染现象。女性生殖器官具有一定的防御功能，分娩降低或破坏了这些功能，增加细菌入侵产道的机会，若产妇因种种原因体质下降，正常寄居阴道的细菌便从创面侵入。妊娠末期性交及盆浴，分娩过程消毒不严或器械敷料不洁，均可将细菌带入生殖道引起感染。临床表现因感染部位、致病菌种及病情轻重而不同：外阴侧切伤口感染时局部红肿、发硬，或伤口裂开后有脓汁流出。子宫内膜炎、子宫肌炎，以及腹膜炎，多有全身发热、下腹痛、局部压痛、恶露臭、周围血象白细胞升高，甚至出现败血症征象。治疗原则为增进全身抵抗力，供给足够营养，贫血者及时输血，针对性应用抗生素治疗。局部伤口采取相应处理。 |
