RESULTS Six compounds were isolated from Duchesnea indica Focke and identified as apigenin-6-C-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),acacetin-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),kaempferol-3O-β-D-galactopyranoside(3),rutin(4),isoquercitrin(5) and hyperin(6).

芦荟汁开洋西芹
主料:美国芹菜250克。辅料:开洋20克、芦荟汁、红甜椒半只、红樱桃果、芫荽。调料:豆油、鲜酱油。
做法:
将美国大芹(又名西芹)洗净,随刀切成块,放入油锅内烧熟,切忌烧黄了。开洋也同时入锅烹调。
取出芦荟叶肉20克,煮烧出汁水,将芦荟汁1勺放入西芹菜内烧干,让芦荟汁吸入芹菜块内或粘附于表皮上,有芦荟味。
西芹块开洋盛入白盘内,开洋集中在馒头状高处,若明若暗。
半片甜椒在清水中煮熟,取出,切成菱形,摆在盆盘边缘,呈放射状。特点:鲜、脆、微苦,绿色菜光芒四射,清口,防牙龈出血。
