臀中 臀中 经外穴名。见《常用经穴解剖学定位》。在臀部，以大转子和坐骨结节连线为底边，向上作一等边三角形，其顶点是穴。主治坐骨神经痛，下肢偏瘫，荨麻疹等。直刺1.5-2.5寸。艾炷灸3-7壮；或艾条灸5-15分钟。
