制备方法:将硫酸、氟化钙(萤石粉)、硼酸共热产生的三氟化硼气体,与乙醚反应,得到的三氟化硼-乙醚粗制品精制即为成品。原料消耗定额:硼酸(≥98%) 560kg/t、氟化钙(≥90%)1150kg/t、发烟硫酸(104.5%)4100kg/t、乙醚(≥99%)725kg/t。

用途:用作有机合成乙酰化、烷基化、聚合、脱水经缩合反应的催化剂及分析试剂。是制造硼氢高能燃料和提取同位素硼的基本原料,也可作环氧树脂的固化剂。
