Results Nine compounds were isolated from Glechoma longituba and identified,as: glecholone(1),6R,9R-3-oxoα-ionol(2),S(+)-dehydrovomifoliol(3),vomifoliol(4),corosolic acid(5),quercetin (6),stigmastenol(7),myristic acid(8) and triacontanol(9).
结果从连钱草全草中又得到9个化合物,即连钱草酮(1)、6R,9R-3-氧代-α-紫罗兰醇(2)、S(+)-去氢催吐萝芙叶醇(3)、催吐萝芙叶醇(4)、可乐苏酸(5)、槲皮素(6)、豆甾烯醇(7)、肉豆蔻酸(8)和正三十烷醇(9)。

【性状】
本品长10～20cm，疏被短柔毛。茎呈方柱形，细而扭曲；表面黄绿色或 紫红色，节上有不定根；质脆，易折断，断面常中空。叶对生，叶片多皱缩，展平后呈 肾形或近心形，长1 ～3cm ，宽1.5 ～3cm ，灰绿色或绿褐色，边缘具圆齿；叶柄纤细 ，长4 ～7cm 。轮伞花序腋生，花冠二唇形，长达 2cm。搓之气芳香，味微苦。
【鉴别】
取本品粉末2g，加甲醇25ml，加热回流30分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣 加无水乙醇-氯仿（3：2）混合液1ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取熊果酸对照品，加 无水乙醇制成每1ml含1mg的溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验， 吸取供试品溶液2～4μl、对照品溶液2μl,分别点于同一以含0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钠的羧 甲基纤维素钠溶液为黏合剂的硅胶H薄层板上，以甲苯-醋酸乙酯-甲酸（20：4：0.5）为 展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，喷以10%硫酸乙醇溶液,在110℃加热至斑点显色清晰。供试 品色谱中，在与对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。
【炮制】
除去杂质，洗净，切段，干燥。
【性味与归经】
辛、微苦，微寒。归肝、肾、膀胱经。
【功能与主治】
利湿通淋，清热解毒，散瘀消肿。用于热淋，石淋，湿热黄疸， 疮痈肿痛，跌扑损伤。
【用法与用量】
15～30g；外用适量，煎汤洗或取鲜品捣烂敷患处。
【贮藏】
置干燥处，防霉。
