选择性腹腔动脉造影
X线检查方法之一。采用经皮股动脉穿刺，将导管送至腹主动脉后，再作选择性腹腔内脏动脉插管并注入对比剂，获得该动脉分布区血管影像的方法。包括选择性腹腔动脉造影、肠系膜上或肠系膜下动脉造影。也可选择导入某一分支，即行超选择性造影。临床用于腹腔脏器出血的诊断和定位，直观显示内脏系统的血管性病变(动脉瘤、动静脉瘘或血管栓塞等)，对胃肠道、胰腺及肝脏肿瘤、炎症等病变的定性诊断也有一定价值。采用DSA技术可提高临床应用价值及安全性。该方法也用于介入性治疗。
