Object:To investigate the expression and the significance of glycogen synthase kinase-3β(GSK-3β) in human renal tubular epithelial cells (HKCs) during undergoing tubular epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) induceded by transforming growth factorβ_1 (TGFβ_1) and the result of intervention of phosphoinositide3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitor Wortmannin.
目的研究糖原合成酶激酶-3β(glycogen synthase kinase-3β, GSK-3β)在转化生长因子β_1(transforming growth factorβ_1, TGFβ_1)诱导人肾小管上皮细胞株(human kidney proximal tubular epithelial cell line, HKCs)发生肾小管上皮-间质转分化(epithelial to mesenchymal transition, EMT)过程中的表达及意义,以及磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(phosphoinositide3-kinase,PI3K)抑制剂Wortmannin的干预结果。

睾丸支持细胞-间质细胞瘤
又称“男性母细胞瘤”、“睾丸腺瘤”。由幼稚睾丸基质所发生的肿瘤。小儿有性早熟现象,肿大的睾丸有肿块。尿17-酮类固醇、促性腺激素及雌激素皆正常,但孕二醇及促黄体激素增高。肿瘤限于睾丸内,瘤质均匀,黄色。瘤细胞大小不等,呈圆形或不规则,排列成片状、索状或乳头状。手术治疗,预后良好。
