病名。出班秀文《妇科奇难病 论治》。指妇女在绝经期之前，出现性功能减退，甚或厌恶畏惧，乳房萎缩，阴唇干枯，交 合时涩痛，月经量少，甚或闭经者。有先天、后天的因素而发病。由于禀赋不足，阳虚宫寒 ，温煦无权者，症见月经错后，量少色淡，腰膂酸痛，四肢乏力，阴毛稀少 ，甚或无毛，性交时阴中涩痛，脉虚细无力，治宜温肾壮阳，滋肾益阴，方选右归丸加紫河 车、仙灵脾、酸枣仁、党参；由于七情所伤，肝失疏泄者，症见抑郁不乐，胸胁胀痛，乳房 萎缩，经行量少，色黯有块，交合时阴中涩痛，舌黯或有瘀点，脉细涩，治宜疏肝解郁，兼 以温肝养血，方选柴胡疏肝散加当归、黄精、绿萼梅，后以《金匮要略》温经汤去半夏、麦 冬、丹皮，加紫河车。
