Objective: To study the sensitivity and the specificity of the CPT (continue performance test) test when diagnosing ADHD (attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder )and compared with "the gold criterion"-the DSM-IV, and to apprise the value of CPT test in diagnosing ADHD.
方法:对80名学龄期学习困难、可疑患有注意缺陷与多动障碍(ADHA)儿童进行持续性操作测验并同时用DSM—Ⅳ珍断标准进行诊断,并用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对所有患者进行测试。

操作测验
performance test
操作测验(performanee test)系一类心理测验,即测验除指导语外,所有测验项目的表示和回答等均不用词语,而只用图画或一定动作。最早的操作测验是为未上过学的受试者而编,例如陆军乙种测验便是一例。后来则超过了此目的,对某些有言语障碍的受试者可用操作测验;为了测验操作能力也用,例如韦氏智力量表中便有操作量表,其目的是为了测量操作智力。 (龚攀先撰林传燕审)
