本研究以我军陆军士兵为研究对象，探讨军事训练所致下腰痛患者的躯干肌功能特点的变化，应用CYBEX-6000型等速测试训练系统测试腰痛组(n=40)和正常组(n=40)的躯干肌力指标，应用彩超测量骶棘肌横截面积，应用肌电图测试腰背肌肌电指标，并在立位腰椎侧位X光片上测量腰椎曲度，两组间进行比较。

生理对比度
