血清酸性磷酸酶
在酸性环境中能水解磷酸酯的一种酶。广泛存在于体内红细胞、肝、脾等组织中，由于此酶以pH6.2～6.6最为合适，故称为酸性磷酸酶。正常人血清中SACP成人总酶活力为布氏法0～2单位％，金氏法＜5单位％。新生儿高于成年男子2～2.5倍。出生后两周开始下降，17岁时下降至正常成人水平。在前列腺癌或伴有骨转移者明显增高，甲状腺功能亢进，骨髓等疾病时， SACP亦可增多。
