Aim:To investigate the inhibitory effect of the deep peroneal nerve(DPN)on the cardiovascular responses induced by excitation of the paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus(PVN)and the role of central nucleus of amygdala(CeA)in this effect.
目的:阐明电刺激腓深神经(DPN)对下丘脑室旁核(PVN)兴奋后的心血管反应的调节作用及杏仁中央核(CeA)在此作用中的地位。

Aim:To explore whether dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus(DMH) is involved in the cardiovascular responses induced by habenular nucleus(Hb) stimulation and inhibitory effect of deep peroneal nerve(DPN) stimulation on above responses or not and to analysis transmitter mechanism.
目的 :阐明下丘脑背内侧核 (DMH)在缰核 (Hb)兴奋诱发的心血管反应中的作用及DMH在腓深神经 (DPN)传入冲动调节Hb兴奋诱发的心血管活动中的作用及机制。

腓总神经
common peroneal nerve
为坐骨神经的主要分支之一。在大腿下1/3从坐骨神经分出,在腓骨头前下方分为腓深神经和腓浅神经。腓浅神经支配腓骨长肌、腓骨短肌和小腿和足背外侧的皮肤。腓深神经支配伸肌、趾长伸肌、拇短伸肌和趾短伸肌等。临床上由于外伤等原因可致腓总神经损伤,致使患者不能作背向屈足、伸趾、伸拇及外翻足心等动作。足下垂内翻,走路呈跨越步态。治疗除病因治疗外,还可给予理疗、电刺激、针灸及神经肌肉营养药如维生素B族和三磷酸腺苷等以促进神经功能恢复。
