METHODS:A total of 180 patients with psoriasis were randomly assigned to four groups:Group A(Yinxie tablets+10% boric acid ointment),Group B(Yinxie tablets+Compound Clobetasol Propionate Ointment),Group C(Compound Ampeptide Elemente tablets+10% boric acid ointment),and Group D(Compound Ampeptide Elemente tablets+Compound Clobetasol Propionate Ointment).
方法:180例银屑病患者随机分为4组,分别给予银屑片+10%硼酸软膏(A组)、银屑片+复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏(B组)、复方氨肽素片+10%硼酸软膏(C组)、复方氨肽素片+复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏(D组)治疗,运用成本-效果方法进行评价。

性质：浅黄色结晶，熔点150～153℃。

制备方法：以消炎痛为原料，在乙醚-吡啶中与氯化亚砜反应生成消炎痛的酸性酰氯化物，然后在干燥吡啶中与乙醇酸反应得乙酰消炎痛。收率为54%。也可由消炎痛与氯代乙酸乙酯在DMF溶液中反应制得。

用途：消炎镇痛药。乙酰消炎痛是消炎痛的前体药物，在体内经代谢变成消炎痛而发挥作用。由于本品的抗炎作用强，对胃肠道系统粘膜损害作用非常小，故与消炎痛相比，治疗范围更广。
