鼻病毒
rhino virus
小核糖核酸病毒之一种。现已分出人类鼻病毒超过110型、马鼻病毒2型、牛鼻病毒1型。有的动物鼻病毒也能感染人。本病毒形态为球形，直径15～30μm。有一单链RNA的核心，外有蛋白核壳，无包膜。本病毒仅能在人胚肾、猴肾、人胚双倍体细胞和人气管组织中增殖。在33℃中性培养液和旋转培养的条件下，较易培养成功。本病毒在4℃可保存4周以上，对乙醚、氯仿也不敏感，但对酸敏感，pH3～5时很快被灭活。鼻病毒主要引起普通感冒，也可引起急性咽炎、支气管炎和小儿肺炎等。
