为了解阿诺红鞑靼忍冬(Lonicera tataricaArnold Red)在干旱条件下的生理反应以及对其耐旱性做出评价,本文通过人工水分胁迫条件下的盆栽试验,对阿诺红鞑靼忍冬2 a生苗叶片生理指标在一段连续的时间内进行了观测,研究了干旱胁迫下阿诺红鞑靼忍冬叶片游离脯氨酸(Pro),组织含水量,自由水,束缚水,可溶性糖,叶绿素,过氧化物酶(POD)的变化,结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,阿诺红鞑靼忍冬叶片游离脯氨酸含量,可溶性糖含量,束缚水含量,叶绿素总含量呈不断上升的趋势;组织含水量、自由水含量以及自由水/束缚水比值呈下降趋势;POD活性则出现前期下降后期上升的变化情况。
