是指出生两周内血液中红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)及血细胞比容(Hct)异常增加所引起的疾病。大部分患儿无症状或仅有面部或全身皮肤发红、部分患儿可因血液淤滞出现各系统症状,代谢方面出现低血糖、低血钙、酸中毒。实验室检查:出生12小时后静脉血Hb≥220g/L,RBC>7.00×1012/L,Hct≥0.65或两次周围毛细血管血Hct≥0.70。上述三项血液指标有时不完全一致或相互矛盾时,最主要的指标是Hct,其次是Hb,只要Hct与Hb符合即可确诊。治疗包括对症治疗、放血治疗、部分缺血治疗、右旋糖酐治疗。
